Overview
Frozen Beverage Dispensers (FBD) develops commercial frozen beverage equipment for restaurants, convenience stores and foodservice operators. My work helped extend the FBD brand across product marketing, advertising, environmental graphics, trade shows and internal communications—creating a consistent visual presence around the company’s equipment and technology.
Bringing the Brand to the Machine
Much of the FBD brand experience centers on the equipment itself. Product marketing paired bold visual communication with clear business benefits—from capacity and reliability to maintenance, profitability and product configuration.
Turning Engineering Information Into Clear Product Communication
Working with engineering-provided drawings and technical specifications, I designed product spec sheets and manufacturing manuals that translated complex product information into clear, structured documentation. My role focused on information hierarchy, layout, visual consistency and production-ready design across the FBD product line.
Supporting Products From Launch to Market
Supporting Products Across Global Brands
FBD equipment supports frozen beverage programs for a wide range of restaurant and beverage brands. Marketing materials were developed to adapt the product story across different partner identities while maintaining clear, consistent product communication.
Taking the Brand Into the Physical Environment
The FBD visual system also extended into tradeshow environments, bringing together product, messaging, photography and environmental graphics to create a unified brand experience around the equipment.
Turning Company History Into an Environment
The brand also extended into FBD’s physical workplace. A large-scale timeline transformed company milestones, products, growth and visual history into an environmental graphic spanning the space.
Building Culture Beyond the Product
The FBD identity also extended into employee communications and internal events, allowing the brand to become more expressive and playful while remaining connected to the larger visual system.
